The fact is that the time given as for the June Bills is one day

needed all the trine allowed. But beyond this the
Stamp Office are short in their supply of adhesive
Labels for Vostage, and as your work must be done at

to meet the demand

manage with day work alone. Should Lord Monteagle
grant our request we can commence
