58 vizi the date on which we receive the Moulist Plates. 7500 Serie D Certificates in 66days. 5000 C do 86 4000 E do 100 April 14. 1000 F do 105 - 3000 - Serie D. 4 Per beut Bonds in 70 days. the 40 reams Blank Paper in 75 do. all the above periods shall be kept without fail. Only one item of the above Estimate can require дне any explanation & that is the price of the paper for The Certificates. In one former Contract they charged at 30% per Reame of 1000 & we have now put them at 20p per ream or 40p per were. your. reams. documentsare thousand. and for the following The material from which made the the mode of preparation & all the process is similar to Bank Notes which lasser sell for 201 per ream of 960 Roses but these 960 Notes are in Conta 480 sheets of 2 each, and when we made our with you we considered (without sufficient delib cration we confess) that the Certificates could be in 2 each, also. When the order finally given and the mould made however we found one Certificate was considerably larger than 2 mor I that it would be impopible to lengthen the Mould sufficiently to make 2 at a time, in this to the workmen't the quantity of way the wages material & every thing connected with the cost was so much increased, that there was a ca prasa. considerat. lop on that part of the Contract & it cannot te expected that having borne it then without complaint we should repeat a similar loss under a new Contract. The Printing of the fronts of the Certificates is als lower than our Printers would take them at I really ought to have been higher, but we shall confine our. a alterations to the item named & which we cannot in justice to ourselves contuine to produce as a Coss.
