His Majesty the King 2 Prussia on the subject of Vottage Stamps. The result of several conversations between Mr Pitch and that gentleman, the preparation Sauretanate of the charges fre which we were Jurepared either to furnish the Plates necessary for printing Poſtage Hamps similar in general character to those used in this commber or to furnish such Stamps complete at a certain price per 1000. We should not again have Troubled Your Wellney, but our attention having been drawn to a paragraph in the Morning Chronic of yesterday's date anzoumeing that Mschwelle one of the Inspectors General of the Prussian Govern "ment had been sent to Varis and London tostudy the details of the system adopted there "we have been induced to pen this hole in order to supply an omission in our former estimate which we had previously discovered when it was as we supposed too late to remedy it.
